When you subscribe to Oz EVE Deal Alerts, we collect your:
email address;
date and time of subscription;
confirmation of your consent and, where applicable, the date and time of confirmation.
We do not require your name or other personal information to subscribe to the Deal Alerts.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your email address to send you EVE Deal Alerts, including information about relevant promotions, discounts and special offers for products and services related to EVE Online.
This may include information about products such as Omega, PLEX, Skill Injectors, Skill Extractors and other EVE-related offers.
Some links in our emails may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase through such a link, we may receive a commission. This does not increase the price you pay.

We use Squarespace to operate our website and manage our mailing list. Subscriber information is processed by Squarespace on our behalf for the purpose of providing these services.
When we use Squarespace Email Campaigns to send Deal Alerts, we may receive information about whether emails are delivered, opened or links are clicked. This information is used to evaluate and improve the performance of the Deal Alerts.
Squarespace may use subprocessors to provide its services. For users outside the United States, Squarespace's current Data Processing Addendum identifies Squarespace, Inc. as a subprocessor. Squarespace may also process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law.

7. How long we keep your data
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to the Deal Alerts.
If you unsubscribe, we will remove your email address from the active mailing list. We may retain limited information, such as your email address and records relating to your previous consent or withdrawal, where this is necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations or to prevent your address from being inadvertently re-added to the mailing list.
